Ruth Ann Schulenberg
Buyers Specialist
A long-time resident of Kansas City, Ruth Ann has 9 ½ years of experience in real estate, 7 ½ of which she has worked specifically with buyers. She educates buyers on the process of buying a house and helps them find the right home.  Guiding them through the process to closing and beyond, Ruth Ann walks alongside buyers every step of the way.  

Ruth Ann has so many passions!  She’s passionate about her clients, football and Harleys!  Her team of choice is her alma mater, the Nebraska Huskers, but you could find her cheering at any Big 12 game.  Her wild cheering at the Nebraska game in San Antonio even got her into the newspaper!  Ruth Ann is saving for her Harley - she already bought her motorcycle boots and attire!  Other passions include Rich and her two cats, Liberty and Justice.
